Representatives of four European organizations of England, Poland, Romania and Greece participated in the 3rd adult education meeting in Digital Storytelling, held in Vardakeio Ermoupolis School.

Staff and students from Liverpool, Bialystok, the Braila and Syros were briefed on the digital storytelling process under the project «Tell your story» the Erasmus + program. Among the participants were three trainees of Vardakeiou who transferred their experiences from «I dig stories» workshop, during which they worked as a team, met with other cultures, experimented with new technologies and created short films.

Note that the first two international meetings were held in Liverpool in Bialystok respectively, while the program will be completed in Romania, each organization will be invited to present his own film, on the town. Trainees of Vardakeiou Ermoupolis School chose to demonstrate through their history the beach "Letters" which are an oasis in the northern part of the island. For the purposes of the film, participants photographed the area and sought information both from the book of John Pierson "Island in Greece", and from the internet. They will then authored the text and will narrate, "dressing up" the images stand out.

As explained by the Head of the Vardakeiou, Eugenia Kollias, the School has been involved several times in the past with this beach, making cleaning, and assisting in the placement label for John Pierson.

Hello Everyone and greetings from Liverpool - the sun is out and it's warm for this time of the year. We're getting our things packed and trying to decide what we'll put into our bags for Syros.

Otherwise its a normal working week with plenty of people asking for advice and help. Cheers Ewan
